Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of sterlingrisefederal.com (the "Site"), operated by Sterling Rise Federal Corporation ("Sterling Rise Federal," "SRF," "we," "us"), a Texas corporation based in Grand Prairie, Texas. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Purpose of this site

The Site provides general information about SRF, our capabilities, certifications, past performance, and ways to work with us. Nothing on the Site is an offer, bid, quote, or proposal, and using the Site or submitting a form does not create a contract, teaming agreement, subcontract, employment relationship, or agency relationship. Any work with SRF is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by an authorized SRF representative.

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but capabilities, staffing, pricing, and other details may change without notice.

Certifications and identifiers

Our socioeconomic certifications (including SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, and Texas HUB) and our identifiers (UEI, CAGE code, and HUB Vendor number) are listed for reference. They can be independently verified through SAM.gov, the SBA Small Business Search, and the Texas HUB Directory. If anything on the Site differs from those official government records, the official records control.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Sterling Rise Federal name and marks, and our capability statement, are owned by SRF or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download, and print Site content, including our capability statement, for the purpose of evaluating SRF as a contractor, subcontractor, or partner. Any other copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use requires our written permission.

Names, seals, and logos of government agencies, clients, and partners that appear on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance describes our work history or relationships and does not imply endorsement.

Information you submit

When you submit a form or contact us, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled data, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the Site or by unsolicited email. If an opportunity requires sharing proprietary or sensitive material, contact us first so we can put the appropriate agreement in place.

Unless we have signed a nondisclosure agreement with you, ideas, proposals, or other materials you send us without a request are not treated as confidential, and we have no obligation regarding them. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems, or probe, scan, or test their vulnerability.
  • Upload or transmit malware, spam, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Site.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect content or contact information from the Site by automated means.
  • Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with SRF.

Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party websites such as SAM.gov, SBA, the Texas Comptroller, and LinkedIn. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRF and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold SRF harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
