CPARS philosophy
Every project at SRF closes with a CPARS-ready package. Daily logs, weekly status, signed change orders, COIs, lien and payment releases, and final inspection sign-offs are filed and indexed by contract number. We treat CPARS like the next contract depends on it. Because it does.
