A note from our founder.
I started Sterling Rise because federal and state agencies still need contractors who deliver under pressure and document the work like it matters. Sterling Rise is veteran-led. That is how I was trained. Show up. Hold the standard. Carry the weight when it counts.
I served in the Army Military Police, including a combat deployment. The job taught me that discipline is not a slogan. It is a checklist. A daily log. A signed sub agreement. A clean closeout. That is what we run here.
We are a Texas VetHUB and federal SDVOSB. We perform across sixteen NAICS codes and bring in licensed specialty subs when a project calls for them. We keep the documentation clean from kickoff to closeout. We make HSPs simple.
