Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026
Sterling Rise Federal Corporation ("Sterling Rise Federal," "SRF," "we," "us") operates sterlingrisefederal.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
We collect the information you choose to submit through the forms on the Site:
- Contact form: name, organization, email, phone, the reason you are reaching out, your message, and any file you attach, such as a SOW or solicitation.
- Capability statement request: name, organization, email, your role, how you plan to use the statement, and whether you would like to receive our newsletter.
- Careers: name, email, phone, professional background, any notes you add, and veteran status if you choose to share it.
- Partner and vendor application: company name, point of contact, email, phone, trade, license information, bonding capacity, site access or clearance details, and a description of your capabilities.
- The Pulse newsletter: your email address.
We also receive whatever information you include when you email or call us. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, classified information, or Controlled Unclassified Information through the Site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site's hosting and security services automatically record standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We use this data to keep the Site running, secure it, and block abuse.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that reports aggregate traffic such as page views and referring sites without identifying or tracking individual visitors. The Site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address. Google's handling of that data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Cookies and tracking
The public Site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking, and we do not use Google Analytics or social media pixels. Cookies are used only for authorized administrators who sign in to manage the Site. Because we do not track visitors across sites, we do not change our practices in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, request, or bid opportunity.
- To send you our capability statement when you request it.
- To review job applications and partner or vendor applications, and to follow up about potential opportunities.
- To send The Pulse newsletter if you subscribed or opted in.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
- To meet our legal, regulatory, and government contracting obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers that host the Site, deliver email, and provide security and analytics, who may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Teaming partners and prime contractors, when you have asked us to pursue a specific opportunity together, and only as needed for that opportunity.
- Government and legal requirements, when required by law, subpoena, court order, or a government contracting audit or review, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SRF or others.
- Business transfers, if SRF is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Newsletter and email
If you subscribe to The Pulse or opt in on another form, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in any newsletter or by emailing [email protected]. We will still send you non-marketing messages related to a request or application you submitted.
How long we keep information
Form submissions are delivered to our business email and kept only as long as needed to respond, maintain an ongoing business relationship, evaluate an application, or meet legal, tax, and government contracting recordkeeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
How we protect information
The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to submitted information is limited to SRF personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted, or to stop sending you marketing email, by contacting [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law, and we will respond to requests as those laws require. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses, government agencies, and job seekers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
The Site links to third-party websites such as SAM.gov, SBA, the Texas Comptroller, and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
