Partners

Built through strong partners.

SRF leads the contract and the work. Our subs bring specialty trade capacity where a project calls for it.

How SRF works with subs

SRF holds the prime contract and manages performance: scheduling, quality control, compliance, and communication with the contracting officer. Our subs add specialty trade capacity and skilled crews where a project needs them, and we stay within the limitations on subcontracting on every set-aside award. We pay subs promptly, in line with our subcontract terms.

What SRF looks for

  • Licensed and bonded
  • Current GL insurance, willing to name SRF as additional insured
  • Federal installation access where applicable
  • Willing to sign our master subcontract agreement
  • Responsive communication
